Pak ceasefire violation again in Kashmir

Jammu, Jul 20 (IBNS) In fresh ceasefire violation, Pakistani troops on Monday opened firing on several Indian posts in the Shahpur area along the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.

Reports said Pakistani troops resorted to small arms firing on several posts along the Line of Control prompting the Indian forces to retaliate that resulted in exchange of fire.

Pakistani forces also opened fire at Indian army posts in the Keran and Kasba region. Firing lasted for about two hours.

This is the  is the third incident of ceasefire violation in the past one week.

One person has been killed and 16 have been injured so far in the firing from across the border.
