| | Aug 20, 2015, at 07:46 pm
Jammu, Aug 20 (IBNS) Pakistani troops continued to violate ceasefire as they made fresh attack in Samba sector while some terrorists made an infiltration bid in Arnia sector of Jammu and Kashmir.

Reports said Pakistani rangers violated ceasefire overnight in the Samba Sector of Jammu, targeting BSF posts.

The ceasefire violations are continuing even as the National Security Advisors of India and Pakistan hold a meeting on August 23.

In another incident, the BSF foiled an infiltration bid in the Arnia sector of Jammu and Kashmir.

BSF personnel reportedly opened fire on the infiltrators who retreated back to Pakistani territory.

There have been 48 violations of the border ceasefire agreement of 2003 by Pakistan in August and over 241 ceasefire violations during the year so far.
