Passenger train derails in Maharashtra
Raigad, May 4 (IBNS): Four bogies of Diva-Sawantwadi Express train got derailed near Nagothane in Raigad district of Maharashtra on Sunday, reports said.
The engine and four coaches of the train derailed at about 9.30 am.
Following the derailment, some passengers are feared dead, though the report is not yet confirmed
Meanwhile, the injured have been taken to a local hospital while others are still being rescued from the coaches that have derailed.
A relief train has been dispatched by the Central Railways.
