PM Modi, Rahul Gandhi remember ex-PM Jawaharlal Nehru on birth anniversary

New Delhi, Nov 14 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday wished ex-Prime Minister of India  Jawaharlal Nehru on his birth anniversary.

Remembering Nehru, Modi tweeted: "Tributes to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru on his birth anniversary."

The official Twitter page of Rahul Gandhi said :"Today we remember a brilliant compassionate man. He reminds us: 'There is nothing more horrifying than stupidity in action.'- Jawaharlal Nehru."

Nehru's birthday in India is also celebrated as Children's Day.
