New Delhi, Nov 10 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to meet his expanded team of ministers on Monday, media reports said.

The PM will first meet the 26-member cabinet and then the entire new-look council of ministers that now has 66 members.

Former Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will lead the Defence Ministry while Suresh Prabhu bagged the Railways Ministry as Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday effected his first cabinet expansion since assuming power in May this year.

Three Ministers of State with (Independent Charge) and 14 Ministers of State were also inducted, taking the total number of new inductees to 21.

At the Durbar Hall of the Rashtrapati Bhavan, the oath taking ceremony was administered by President Pranab Mukherjee.
