Punjab: BSF intercepts drone, seizes contraband in Fazilka

Border Security Force intercepted a drone after it was spotted by its troops near Pakka Chisti village in Fazilka district late on Thursday night.

A spokesperson of the Punjab Frontier Headquarter of the BSF here on Friday said that after spotting the flying object, the troops guarding the area reacted as per laid down drill and intercepted the drone.

During search of the area, a packet of contraband, suspected to be heroin, weighing about 530 gms was recovered from the farming field in the village.
