Putin calls Narendra Modi
New Delhi, May 24 (IBNS) Russian President Vladimir Putin has called Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) strongman and Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi to congratulate him on his win.
Putin said he is looking forward to meet him at the BRICS Summit in Brazil in July and discuss bilateral cooperation. He also invited Modi to visit the Russian Federation.
Brazil President Dilma Rousseff and Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte also congratulated Modi.
