Kaithal, Sep 29 (UNI) Randeep Singh Surjewala, AICC media incharge and Kaithal MLA who had launched his election campaign and mass contact programme months ago left no point to lure Brahmins to Congress fold and promised the community all the helps, if congress formed the next government in Haryana.

Addressing a Brahm Shakti sammelan in Gyarah rudri Shiv Mandir on Sunday Surjewala highlighted the recent incident, in which Chief Minister Khattar had snubbed one of his party activists, a Brahmin and threatened saying he would slash his throat during an election rally.

Surjewala alleged that Chief Minister Khattar enjoying political power had become arrogant and insulted the whole Brahmin community.

He did not shy away to raise the issue of examination papers set by HSSC about Two years in which an alleged derogatory question had been asked about Brahmin community, he said.

On the other hand he promised to set up Brahmin Kalyan Board with a corpus of Rs 100 -300 crores for the welfare of community and a university in the name of Bhagwan Parshu Ram.

Also he accused the BJP of ignoring Brahmins when he stated that BJP chose inexperienced Manohar Lal Khattar as chief minister while ignoring a senior Brahmin experienced leader like Ram Bilas Sharma.
