Results are disappointing: Congress

New Delhi, May 16 (IBNS) With Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) sweeping the polls and all set to form a government under New Delhi under Narendra Modi, the Congress admitted that the results were disappointing for them.
"It is a disappointing morning," Congress spokesperson CR Kesavan said speaking to TV channels.

At one point, even Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi was trailing in Amethi seat in Uttar Pradesh though later the trends suggested he was ahead.

Several Congress leaders admitted that the BJP wave was much owing to the marketing strategy of Narendra Modi.

BJP is set for a complete majority of its own. According to trends, it has already touched the magic figure of 272 on its own, a feat it never in the past achieved.
