New Delhi, Feb 25 (UNI/IBNS) :The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a PIL seeking a judicial probe into the role played by Indians in helping terrorists from Pakistan execute the brutal Pulwama attack.

A bench of the Apex Court, headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and also comprising Justice Sanjiv Khanna, dismissed the plea filed by lawyer Vineet Dhanda.

The petitioner sought action against those who allegedly helped Pakistan execute the brutal terror attack.

The Apex Court did not find any merit in the petition and dismissed it.

"We are dismissing the petition. The petition is devoid of any merit. The petition also lacks evidence," the Top Court said and declined the petition.
