Sumitra Mahajan launches cashless facility in Parliament canteens
New Delhi, Nov 30 (IBNS): Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on Wednesday inaugurated cashless facility at the canteens in the Parliament House.
"Inaugurating the Point of Sale (POS) facility for cashless transaction in the canteens of Parliament House," the Lok Sabha Speaker tweeted.
The move was made just days after the Centre announced banning of Rs 500 and Rs. 1000 currency notes on Nov 8.
