Supreme Court rejects plea seeking quash of CVC appointment
New Delhi, Jul 2 (IBNS): The Supreme Court on Monday upheld the appointment of Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC), media reports said.
The top court has rejected the plea to quash the appointment of K.V. Chowdary as the CVC.
The Supreme Court has said there are no grounds to quash the appointment.
