Union Minister Amit Shah holds meeting with top leaders from poll-bound Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Haryana

New Delhi, Jun 9 (UNI) After the mammoth victory in the recently concluded Lok Sabha polls with 303 seats, Union Home Minister and party president Amit Shah on Sunday held a meeting with senior leaders from the key states where the Assembly elections will be conducted later this year.

According to party leaders, the meeting was chaired by Mr Shah, at party headquarters in the National Capital, attended by core leaders from the states of Haryana, Maharashtra and Jharkhand.

 

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar also attended the meeting, party sources said.

 

The three BJP - ruled states will go to the polls later this year.

 

In the Lok Sabha polls, BJP had bagged all ten seats in Haryana, 23 in Maharashtra and 11 in Jharkhand against the main opposition Congress's dismal show.
