Vice President of India M. Hamid Ansari wishes on Milad-un-Nabi

New Delhi, Dec 11 (IBNS): Vice President of India M. Hamid Ansari on Sunday greeted the people of our country on the auspicious occasion of Milad-un-Nabi.

In a message, he conveyed warm greetings and best wishes to the people on the auspicious occasion – celebrated as the birthday of Prophet Mohammad.

The Holy Prophet showed humanity the righteous path of compassion and universal brotherhood, he added.

Following is the text of Vice President’s message:

“I convey my warm greetings and best wishes to the people of our country on the auspicious occasion of Milad-un-Nabi/Id-E-Milad – celebrated as the Birthday of Prophet Mohammad.

The Holy Prophet showed humanity the righteous path of compassion and universal brotherhood.

May His eternal message continue to guide us in building a peaceful and harmonious society.”
