Dhankar, who unveiled a mandop (kali puja) at Barasat in North 24 Parganas on Friday, told reporters that he along with his wife would visit the home of chief minister on Sunday in response to an invitation from Ms Banerjee to mark the festival of lights.

The governor said he had written to Banerjee wishing he along with his wife planned to be her house during "Bhaiphota". But the chief minister after her return from north Bengal wrote to the governor to be at her house on Kali Puja day also.
