West Bengal: Stage with TMC candidate Nusrat Jahan crashes, no one injured

Jhargram, May 8 (IBNS): A stage, where actress and Trinamool Congress candidate for the Lok Sabha polls Nusrat Jahan was present to campaign for her party candidate Birbaha Soren in Jhargram, crashed on Wednesday, local media reports said.

However, no one was injured in the incident.

The stage was not very high, reports said.

The incident occurred in Gopiballabhpore  area.

According to local media reports, large number of people were present on the stage which led to the mishap.

Nusrat is a TMC candidate from Basirhat seat.

She is also a popular Bengali movie actress.
