SRINAGAR, Aug 4 (UNI) Security forces keping strict vigil at Budshah Bridge in Srinagar as strict curfew restrictions imposed in all major towns in the Kashmir valley on Tuesday following intelligence inputs that separatists planning to observe August 5 as black day, the day year ago special status to the Jammu and Kashmir state Article 370 and 35 A was scraped by the government of India.
