SRINAGAR, Aug 5 (UNI) Security personnel keeping vigil at Nalamar road in down town Srinagar as strict restrictions are in place in all major towns of Kashmir valley though authorities withdrew curfew orders but continued embargo on moment of public as the first anniversary of scrapping of special status under article 370 and 35A to the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir completes a year on Wednesday.
