Mumbai: Actress Vaishnavi Ganatra who plays Priya in Woh Toh Hai Albelaa celebrates Gudi Padwa by buying her first car.

The 17 year old actor shares her joy with us.

She says,”Self-independence is not moving alone but being in touch with everyone yet creating that space where nothing stops you from doing what you really desire in life. That’s my life philosophy. I was planning to buy a car just a year back. I gave myself a target for a year and the Universe favoured me. With God’s grace, everything fell into place and I bagged several good projects.”

“Yes firsts are always exciting! I bought this car with my own hard earned money and I am feeling very proud of myself. It’s a moment of pride for not just me but also my family is extremely happy. I have an emotional connect with this car because it gives me a feeling of independence and growth. I am planning to go for a road trip super soon!”

Vaishnavi who is not yet 18 has to take her father’s help till the time she turns 18 and gets her own license. She adds,”I am not 18 yet so I won’t be driving until next year. There will be a chauffeur very soon. But as of now, my dad accompanies me. He drives me to the sets or wherever I want to go.”

Vaishnavi also shares her fascination for cars as she adds,”Cars really fascinate me because I feel like they are an expression of the owner. I have just taken a first step. My dream car is Aston Martin and with the grace of the Almighty, I will own one very soon. Today being Gudi Padwa and the beginning of Chaitra Navratri, it is a very auspicious day. Gudi Padwa is all about new beginnings, there couldn’t have been a better day to bring home my new car! I feel like I have been blessed. May the blessings of God keep showering on me like this and give me the strength to achieve all that I wish to.”
