Alia Bhatt's Raazi earns Rs. 18 crores till Saturday

Mumbai, May 13 (IBNS): Alia Bhatt's latest released movie Raazi has earned Rs. 18 crores till Saturday.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#Raazi continues its SPLENDID RUN... Witnesses 50.07% growth on Sat... The SUPER-STRONG word of mouth is translating into SUPER-SOLID biz... Expected to collect ₹ 31 cr+ in its opening weekend... Fri 7.53 cr, Sat 11.30 cr. Total: ₹ 18.83 cr. India biz."

The film is directed by Meghna Gulzar and stars Alia Bhatt, Rajit Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Soni Razdan, Jaideep Ahlawat among others.

This is also the first collaboration between real life mother daughter Alia and Soni.

The film has generally opened to positive reviews and has a point of 8 stars out of 10 on the IMDB website.

This is the first released movie of Alia this year.
