Alia Bhatt's Raazi witnesses steady growth, crosses Rs 60 cr mark

Mumbai, May 19 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt's spy thriller Raazi has witnessed a steady growth in its second week, crossing the Rs 60 crore-mark on Friday.

 

The film has collected Rs 61.34 crore so far.

According to movie reviewer and business analyst Taran Adarsh, Raazi should collect around Rs 75 crore by the end of this week.

"#Raazi has a SUPER-STRONG second Fri... The trends are crystal clear: Expect SOLID GROWTH on Sat and Sun... Should cross ₹ 75 cr mark by Weekend 2... [Week 2] Fri 4.75 cr. Total: ₹ 61.34 cr. India biz," Adarsh tweeted.

The film is directed by Meghna Gulzar and stars Alia Bhatt, Rajit Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Soni Razdan, Jaideep Ahlawat among others.

This is also the first collaboration between real life mother daughter Alia and Soni.

The film has generally opened to positive reviews.
