B-Town in awe of Neerja

Mumbai, Feb 16 (IBNS) Neerja team has been going all out showcasing their heartfelt story of India's unsung hero, Neerja Bhanot.

Neerja is a biopic on the courageous story of a 23 year old girl Neerja Bhanot - an air hostess - who lost her life while saving passengers from terrorists on board the hijacked Pan Am Flight 73 on 5th September 1986.

In a screening held last night on Feb 15, at a suburban preview theatre the who's who of B-Town attended and gave accolades to the film.

Amongst those in attendance were Aamir Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh, Sunil Gavaskar, Ritesh Sidhwani, Hrithik Roshan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Tahira Kashyap, Hazel Keech, Twinkle Khanna, Shamita Shetty, Shilpa Shetty, Anil Kapoor, Karan Johar, Purab Kohli, Sanjay Kapoor, Subhash Ghai, Sriram Raghavan and Atul Kasbekar.

Neerja is directed by Ram Madhvani, produced by Fox Star Studios and Bling Unplugged.
