Kolkata/IBNS: After Tollywood superstar Jeet, Bengali actor Subhashree Ganguly now has tested positive for Covid-19.

Subhashree has quarantined herself at home.

She has put up a statement on Twitter, "I've tested Covid-19 positive. My son, Yuvaan is absolutely safe and fine and is with his caretaker. Raj is at Barrackpore. I'm currently under home quarantine, isolated and observing every guideline to keep our family safe.

"Please wear a mask, sanitise and maintain social distance. The virus is back. Stay safe everyone."

Subhashree's filmmaker husband Raj Chakraborty is contesting the ongoing West Bengal assembly elections as a Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate from Barrackpore.

The actor was seen along with Raj during the latter's filing of nomination for the polls.
