Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood's star couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's daughter Raha's gesture towards her grandmother, veteran actress Neetu Kapoor, is still a trending video on social media.

Now in the middle of that, Alia revealed she had a fight with her husband over whether Raha will say mama (mother) or papa (father) first.

In a recent interview with Allure, Alia said Raha calling her mama was one of the best moments of her motherhood.

"The first time my daughter Raha, she said 'mama', it was just me and her, we were playing on her playing mat…," says the leading B-Town actress.

She adds, "The backstory is there was a fight at home about whether she is going to say mama first or whether she is going to say papa first. So, of course mama was like (say) 'mama, mama, mama, and papa was like 'say papa, papa, papa'. And when she said that, it was just me and her, I immediately pulled out my phone and said, 'say it say it again, what did you just say…'"

Alia recalled her baby kicking her in the womb during pregnancy was the most precious moment in his motherhood journey.

"Everyday is a discovery, but if I were to name three of my most precious moments, the first moment would be the first time my daughter kicked, when I felt a kick," she said.

Ranbir and Alia, who tied the nuptial knot in 2022 after years of dating, became parents in the same year.

Alia is gearing up for the release of Vasan Bala's Jigra, where she shares the screen space with Vedang Raina. The film is slated to release on October 11.
