Huma Qureshi to start shooting for horror film Oculus

Mumbai, Apr 18 (IBNS) Huma Qureshi, who will be starting to shoot for the horror film Oculus, is prepping for her character in the film.

The actress is watching classic horror films to get a sense of the timing, dialogue delivery and the dynamics of her character right.

Being a horror genre, it is extremely crucial that she learns the nuances of her role precisely. Huma wants to prepare to the fullest and is making sure that she learns every bit of this genre.

The actress has been catching up on cult and classic Hollywood horror films for same. It has been proving very helpful for the actress and is in fact a great way of learning this genre of cinema.

Huma Qureshi confirms the news and adds, "Prep is extremely important for every actor. Horror genre in west is extremely subtle and stresses a lot on nuanced performance."

Huma has been watching films like Psycho, Friday the 13th, The Exorcist, Paranormal Activity, Rosemary's Baby and The Blair Witch Project among others.

This will also be the first time that she would be seen sharing screen space with her brother.

Huma who was recently seen in Badlapur garnered immense accolades for her character ‘Jhimli’.
