'Jai Gangaajal' mints Rs. 5.50 crore on opening day

Mumbai, Mar 5 (IBNS) Prakash Jha's latest release 'Jai Gangaajal' has earned Rs. 5.50 crore on its opening day in India.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#JaiGangaajal Fri ₹ 5.50 cr. India biz."

The film hit the theatre on Friday.

It features Priyanka Chopra as tough cop.
