John, Varun bond on sets of 'Dishoom'

Mumbai, July 27 (IBNS): It's John Abraham, who comes to mind when you think of bikes in Bollywood, his love for bikes is widely known. In fact, the actor has been bonding with his co-star, Varun Dhawan, over several topics related to the two-wheeler.
For the past few days, both the actors have been busy shooting for director Rohit Dhawan’s Next- ‘Dishoom’ in Morocco, which involves stunts on motorcycles.

Confirming the news a spokesperson says, “The action sequences that John and Varun have been shooting for are of very high standards. When the scenes required bikes to be involved, John was very hands-on about how to use them, and manoeuvre them while doing the stunts. That’s why both John and Varun have been discussing bikes in full detail."

Varun is happy to be shooting with someone who has complete knowledge about bikes, as the scenes were shot on very tough terrain, in places like Ouarzazate, where Hollywood films such as Lawrence Of Arabia (1962), The Mummy (1999), Gladiator (2000), and Kingdom Of Heaven (2005), among others, have been shot.

Varun confirmed the news, saying, “John is amazing on the bike. So, he has been teaching me some tricks. They aren’t easy, but working with him on the bike stunts has been a really cool experience. Our film comes next year, so we are trying to make sure the action is really fresh, and is something no one has seen before.”
