Mumbai/IBNS: Is actress-turned-parliamentarian Kangana Ranaut bidding adieu to the tinseltown? The speculations have started after a YouTube channel shared a video of a tour to her bungalow claiming it was up for sale at Rs. 40 crore.

The video shows Kangana's aesthetic, lavish and posh bungalow, which is located in Pali Hill area of Mumbai is up for sale. IBNS didn't verify the YouTube video.

It shows Kangana's bungalow comprising a parking area, coffee bar, stairs to other chambers, a splendid workstation, makeup room, a studio, conference room, an editing room and much more.

The bungalow also locates the office of Kangana's production house, Manikarnika Films, which was designed by Shabnam Gupta.

The bungalow was demolished in 2020 by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) over "illegal construction".

Later, the Bombay High Court ruled in favour of the actress quashing the BMC order of demolition.

The court had said the demolition action by the Shiv Sena-led Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) "was nothing but malice of law".

Kangana became the Lok Sabha MP in 2024. He fought the parliamentary elections on Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s ticket from Himachal Pradesh's Mandi.
