Makers to release first song from Helicopter Eela tomorrow

Mumbai, Aug 12 (IBNS): The first song from actress Kajol's upcoming movie Helicopter Eela will be released on Monday.

The song has been titled as Mumma Ki Parchai.

Announcing the release date of the song, Kajol tweeted: "Our first song #MummaKiParchai from Helicopter Eela out tomorrow! ."

The trailer of the movie was released by its makers recently.

The movie features Kajol in the lead role as an aspiring singer and single mother, and is based on the Gujarati play Beta, Kaagdo, written by Anand Gandhi.

The screenplay was adapted by Gandhi and Mitesh Shah.

The movie also features actor Riddhi Sen.

Sen won the National Film Award for Best Actor for the film Nagarkirtan.

The movie is scheduled to release on Sept 7.
