The movie-going experience turned frightening for several Prabhas fans after a fire broke out inside a cinema hall in Odisha during the screening of The Raja Saab, according to media reports.

The incident reportedly occurred when fans attempted to perform aarti inside the theatre and allegedly tried to burst firecrackers, triggering the fire near the screen area.

Viral videos circulating on social media showed patrons scrambling to douse the flames as smoke filled the auditorium. The screening was halted for a brief period, The Telegraph reported.

No casualties were reported in the incident, and there was no major damage to the theatre, officials said.
