Sidharth Malhotra takes ice bath for Brothers

Mumbai, Nov 27 (IBNS) Bollywood hunk Sidharth Malhortra has an ice bath every morning.

The actor has been working out for his new movie ‘Brothers’ in which he will be essaying the role of a fighter for which he has been on a strenuous workout regime.

He has been gymming and practicing mixed martial arts and dedicates 3 – 4 hours a day for training.

So it’s necessary for him to take an ice bath every day. The ice bath helps his muscle
s
repair faster.

It is a technique athletes and gymnasts use for recovery.

He has to dip himself in ice water for 8 – 10 minutes every day.

Initially when Sidharth started this process it was very tough for him, however he is now getting accustomed to his cold water showers.

As an actor Sidharth has always tried new things and pushed the envelope.
