Spice Jet honours Sonu Sood in  special way for his works to help humanity during COVID-19

Mumbai: Actor Sonu Sood and his act of helping humanity during the COVID-19 crisis has earned acknowledgement from aircraft major Spice Jet.

Spice Jet recently honoured him by dedicating an aircraft livery for a Boeing 737.

The livery includes a picture of the actor with a text that reads: "A salute to the saviour Sonu Sood.”

Spice Jet tweeted: "The phenomenally-talented @SonuSood has been a messiah to lakhs of Indians during the pandemic, helping them reunite with their loved ones, feed their families and more."

The actor himself became emotional and posted on his Twitter page: " Remember coming from Moga to Mumbai on an unreserved ticket. Thank you everyone for all the love. Miss my parents more.
@flyspiceje."

During the lockdown, Sood has arranged Transport facilities for migrant laborers stuck in various places to their homes and he was highly appreciated by all sections of the society.

Apart from this he emerged as a ‘real’ hero for his selfless, kind-hearted efforts towards social service.
