Angry, disappointed and frustrated: Sachin Tendulkar slams British Airways

New York, Nov 13 (IBNS): Indian icon Sachin Tendulkar, who is a popular name in the world of cricket, slammed British Airways on Friday for the bad experience he faced while availing its service.

"Angry Disappointed and Frustrated.. #BAdserviceBA Family member's Waitlisted ticket not confirmed despite seats being available," Tendulkar tweeted.

"And luggage being tagged by @British_Airways to wrong destination and don't care attitude! #NeveronBA," he said.

Twitterati hit out at the airways when it asked  Tendulkar for his baggage reference, full name and address.

"Maria Sharapova handling @British_Airways ? " a Twitter handle named Silly Point said.

Another Twitter handle Dennis Does Cricket said: "'Sachin Tendulkar? Never heard of her'British Airways."

A Twitter user Aditya said: "British Airways trending on top in India. All because of that ONE tweet to Sachin Tendulkar."

One Ankit Motani tweeted: "Boy British Airways must have screwed up real bad for Sachin to name and shame on Twitter ."
