Visakhapatnam, Nov 18 (IBNS): A 52-run unbeaten partnership between Indian's off-spin twin Ravichandran Ashwin and debutant Jayant Yadav helped their team sail past the 400-run mark after a mini collapse triggered tension in the host's dressing room, here on Friday, day two of the second Test against England.

At lunch, India have put on 415 runs for the loss of seven wickets.

Ravichandran Ashwin (47) and Yadav (26) will resume batting post lunch.

Earlier in the day, resuming their innings on 317 runs for the loss of four wickets, Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Ashwin started their innings on a attacking note.

However, Moeen Ali removed the Indian skipper 167 runs, after a catch off Ashwin was spilled by Ben Stokes the ball before.

Kohli's 267-ball innings was studded with 18 boundaries.

Ali next bagged Wriddhiman Saha (3) and Ravindra Jadeja's (0) wickets to leave the home side reeling.

Debutant Yadav however slowed things down with an assured hand.
