Asian Games: Indian swimmer Sandeep Sejwal clinch bronze

Incheon, Sept 26 (IBNS): Indian swimmer Sandeep Sejwal on Friday won bronze in the men's 50 metre breast-stroke in the ongoing 17th Asian Games here.

Clocking 28.26 seconds, the Indian swimmer clinched the country's maiden swimming medal from the ongoing Asian Games.

Kazakh swimmer Dmitriy Balandin clinched gold while the silver went to Yasuhiro Koseki.

In shooting, Indian men's team grabbed the silver medal in the 25 metre center fire pistol event.

With 1740-64x points, the Indian team comprising of Pemba Tamang, Gurpreet Singh and medallist Vijay Kumar stood second in the event.
