Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav: Indian cricketers celebrate 75th Independence year
Several Indian cricketers have wished people of their country on the occasion of the 75th Independence year. The country is celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma shared on Instagram, "75 years of independence. स्वतंत्रता दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं."
Virat Kohli celebrated with his actor wife Anushka Sharma by erecting the national flag in their home responding to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Har Ghar Tiranga call.
Virat said, "Celebrating 75 years of our independence. Wishing all the Indians around the world a very #HappyIndependenceDay! Jai Hind."
Shreyas Iyer shared on Instagram, "Happy Independence Day India."
Sharing a picture from the cricket field, India's leading bowler Jasprit Bumrah said on Instagram, "Wishing everyone a very Happy Independence Day."
