Ranchi/UNI: State BJP president and Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash on Sunday warned the government of a statewide agitation if the person who made derogatory comments against cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his family is not arrested within 24 hours.

Asserting that Dhoni is the identity of Jharkhand and idolised by lakhs of youngsters, he said the threats have angered the youth of the state.

The cricketer's family is terrorised by the threats targeting his daughter, and it is a matter of shame for Jhrakhand, that he, who brought fame to the country and the state, is subjected to such treatment, said Prakash.

The BJP leader said that no one is safe in the state at present as the criminals have gone loose.

Several social workers have been murdered, recently, while loot, murder, Maoist activities have increased, but the state government is watching as a mute spectator.
