Chennaiyin FC win ISL
Fatorda, Dec 20 (IBNS) Chennaiyin FC clinched the second edition of the Indian Super League (ISL) by beating FC Goa 3-2 in the final clash here on Sunday.
Chennai got the initial lead as Bruno Pelissari hit the first goal in the 54th minute.
Goa bounced back as Thongkhosiem Haokip (58th) and Joffre Mateu (88th) scored to take 2-1 lead.
It was goalkeeper Laxmikant Kattimani's own goal and then another score by Stiven Mendoza which helped Chennai win the match 3-2.
