French Open: Nadal crushes Murray to reach final

Paris, June 6 (IBNS): Rafael Nadal of Spain thrashed UK's Andy Murray in the semi-final to cruise to the men's singles final of the French Open here on Friday.

In a one-sided contest, Nadal defeated his opponent  6-3, 6-2, 6-1.

The current world number 1 has won the French Open singles title eight time so far in his career.

The victory in the final will give him his 14th Grand Slam title.

Nadal will face Serbia's Novak Djokovic in the final.
