New Delhi, July 23 (IBNS): Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir appreciated fast bowler Jhulan Goswami's performance in the final of the women's world cup against India on Sunday.

Gautam called Jhulan's bowling figure as brilliant.

"10-3-23-3 by Jhulan Goswami...Brilliant @ICC @BCCIWomen #EngvInd," the Indian opener tweeted.

India restricted England at 228 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 50 overs.

Jhulan gave away 23 runs in his 10 overs and picked up three wickets in the final clash against India.

India will lift the trophy for the fist time if they could beat England in the final.
