IPL: Jadeja helps CSK beat Rajasthan

Dubai, Apr 23 (IBNS): All-round performance by Ranvindra Jadeja helped Chennai Super Kings beat Rajasthan Royals in a low-scoring Indian Premier League (IPL) match here on Wednesday.

Posting 140 for six, Chennai restricted Rajasthan to 133 in 19.5 overs.

Jadeja destroyed the  Rajasthan innings by picked up four wickets by giving away 33 runs in his quota of four overs.

Dhawal Kulkarni tried to give some fight with his unbeaten 19-ball 28, hitting two boundaries in his knock.

Earlier riding on Dwayne Smith's 28-ball 50 and late unbeaten 36 by Jadeja helped Chennai post 140 on the scorecard.

Smith hammered six boundaries and three sixes in his knock with a strike rate touching 178.57.

Rajat Bhatia picked up two for Rajasthan.
