Jadeja removes Ronchi post 50 plus stand
At tea, the Black Caps have put on 85 runs for the loss of 4 wickets
After losing two quick wickets in a short session before lunch, the visitors lost Henry Nicholls in the second over of the ensuing session.
Nicholls played on a delivery and castled his stumps off Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
Following the dismissal, Ross Taylor and Luke Ronchi flexed their muscles, carting the Indian bowlers for runs.
Ronchi, who was earlier handed another chance by Gautam Gambhir by spilling a catch, was trapped in front by Jadeja.
With the rain subsiding, play looks to start post tea, though the full quota of overs might not be bowled.
