Jasprit Bumrah to replace Mohammed Shami in India T20I squad

Mumbai, Jan 18 (IBNS) The All-India Senior Selection Committee of the BCCI on Monday named Jasprit Bumrah in the India T20I team as the replacement for Mohammed Shami.

Shami was ruled out due to injury. 

The Indian team is scheduled to play three Twenty20 matches starting Jan 26.

Bumrah will leave for Australia on Jan 22 along with other T20I team members – Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Ashish Nehra, Suresh Raina and Hardik Pandya, the BCCI said in a statement.
