Litton Das to lead Bangladesh in Asia Cup

Batsman Litton Das will lead the Bangladesh squad in the upcoming Asia Cup, which will be played in the UAE next month.

Quazi Nurul Hasan Sohan was recalled to the squad after appearing in the T20 World Cup in Australia in 2022.

Under Das's leadership, Bangladesh registered back-to-back T20I series wins against Sri Lanka and Pakistan at home.

Bangladesh has been placed in Group B this year.

The Asian squad will face Afghanistan, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka.
