PM Modi greets Indian Paralympic contingent

New Delhi, Sept 1 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday greeted the Indian Paralympic contingent ahead of their participation in the mega sporting event.

Wishing them luck, PM Modi tweeted, "We all wish our contingent for the Rio 2016 Paralympics the very best. I am sure our athletes will give their best & make us proud."

The Paralympics will take place at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from Sept 7.

Cheering the athletes, the Prime Minister said, "The people of India will be enthusiastically cheering for our athletes representing India at the Rio 2016 Paralympics, starting 7th Sept."
