Rio medal winner Sakshi thanks nation for support

Rio, Aug 18 (IBNS): As the country is busy celebrating Sakshi Malik's golden run in the Olympics where she won the bronze, Indian wrestler thanked the nation for their support.

"Thank-you everyone for supporting me throughout my journey to OLYMPIC medal â€ª#‎riomedalâ€¬ And special thanks to my coaches and my sponsors JSW Sports ...â€ª#‎rio2016â€¬ â€ª#‎ruknanhihaiâ€¬ And enormous support by Rio ambassadors to boost confidence Salman Khan , Sachin Tendulkar ,Abhinav Bindra and A.R Rehman," she wrote on hr Facebook page.

Ending India's medal drought in the ongoing Rio Olympics, Sakshi Malik, a female grappler, contesting in the 58kg freestyle bout, clinched bronze.
