Hyderabad, Oct 14 (IBNS): Indian wicket-keeping sensation Rishabh Pant has already shattered a record set by former Indian skipper MS Dhoni.

With his 92 runs knock in the first innings of the second Test against West Indies, Pant amassed 346 runs in his first five international innings.

In the process, he shattered Mahendra Singh Dhoni's record as far as runs scored by an Indian wicket-keeper after the first 5 Test matches is concerned.

Dhoni had scored 297 runs in the first five Test matches of his career.

Dhoni retired from Test cricket in 2014.
