ROC shooter Batsarashkina wins women's 10m air pistol at Tokyo Olympics

Tokyo/UNI/Xinhua: ROC markswoman Vitalina Batsarashkina won the women's 10m air pistol gold at the Tokyo Olympics with an Olympic record of 240.3 points here on Sunday.

Veteran Antoaneta Kostadinova of Bulgaria, who held a 0.9-point advantage before the two final shots, had to settle for the silver.

She scored a sub-par 9.0 points in her last shot.

China's Jiang Ranxin took the bronze.
