Sachin Tendulkar's helmet hangs on Indian team's dressing room wall, inspires cricketers

London, June 18 (IBNS): Sachin Tendulkar still inspires Indian players and it was once again evident when the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared an image on Twitter where a helmet used by the former Indian cricketer is seen hanging on the wall of the Indian team dressing room.

Tendulkar has inspired cricket generations for ages.

He had played for India in several memorable matches and was part of the Indian team that won the 50-over World Cup in 2011 under the leadership of MS Dhoni.

In the picture tweeted by the BCCI, one can see Tendulkar's helmet hanging on the wall with his stats bracketing the autograph.

India is playing Pakistan in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy on Sunday.

Sachin is currently present at the stadium to watch the game.
