Sania Mirza-Barbora Strycova defeated in Sydney International final
Sania and Barbora were defeated in the final by Timea Babos of Hungary and Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova of Russia.
The Indo-Czech pair were defeated by their opponents 4-6, 4-6.
Sania won the Brisbane event with Bethanie Mattek-Sands recently.
After the defeat, Sania tweeted: "Not the we wanted but we'll smile cause we've had a good start to the year #Finals #42willhavetowait #nextstopMelbourne @BaraStrycova."
